In 2006, almost 70 participants along with sponsorship money raised $29,000 for charity. Previous recipients have included The Sharon Bassett Fund, The Suite Dreams Project, Riverview Memorial Foundation and the Seraphim Foundation. Two charities will benefit from this year's Retreat, The American Heart Association START! Program and Child Advocates.
